We do not sell physical products so our return policy will be a cancellation of your order once you receive and review the website mock-up that will be sent to your email before your final decision to order. After receiving your mock-up, you will have 10 business days to decide if you want to continue or discontinure with your order. A consultation fee of $100 and a mock-up fee of $250 will be charged to your payment system for cancellations.

Return and Refund policy.

1. Customer chooses and decides  the style, outlook and design of their web site.
2. Customer supplies the web content (Text and Images)
3. Customer cannot change design once his or her final design choice is submitted and the web designing process hass began
4. Changing the web design after the designing process has begun cost customer  additional $500.
5. Dissatisfaction of design must be report before commencement of web design process, which include all consultation sessions.
